This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone using NovaVortexDigital services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.
Prohibited content & activities
- Spam: sending unsolicited bulk email or running mailing lists without verifiable opt-in.
- Phishing: hosting fake login pages, identity-theft kits or credential harvesters.
- Malware: distributing viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, exploit kits or C2 infrastructure.
- Illegal content: any material that violates applicable law, including CSAM and content that infringes intellectual property.
- Copyright infringement: see our DMCA / Abuse process.
- Abusive resource use: cryptocurrency mining on shared infrastructure, sustained CPU saturation, fork bombs, or activity disrupting other tenants.
- Open proxies / open relays: running unauthenticated SMTP relays, proxies or VPN exit-nodes without abuse handling.
- Network attacks: originating port scans, brute-force attacks, denial-of-service traffic or any unauthorized access attempts.
- Anonymous high-risk services: Tor exit-nodes are not permitted on shared address space. Bridge/relay configurations require prior approval.
Consequences
- Initial response is usually a notice giving you time to investigate.
- Active threats (ongoing attacks, malware distribution, illegal content) are suspended immediately and may be terminated.
- Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to authorities where required by law.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse originating from our network, email abuse@novavortexdigital.com with the offending IP, timestamp (with timezone) and any relevant logs. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours.
