1. 30-day money-back guarantee
- Applies to new VPS orders (first-time purchase of a plan).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial activation date.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible.
2. Non-refundable items
- Add-ons and third-party licenses (e.g. cPanel, Plesk, additional IPv4).
- Domain name registrations and renewals.
- Renewals of existing services beyond the initial 30-day window.
- Any setup or migration work explicitly quoted as one-off.
3. How to request a refund
Email billing@NOVAVORTEXDIGITAL.com from the email address on your account, quoting your order reference (e.g. NVD-2026-XXXX). We process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

Please contact us first if you believe a payment is incorrect. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension and additional administrative fees as permitted by law.
